All Elite Wrestling Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

This Cookies & Similar Tracking Technologies Policy (this “Cookie Policy”) describes the different types of cookies and other similar tracking technologies that are used on the website from which you are accessing this Cookie Policy (“Site”). This Cookie Policy is designed to inform you about the use of cookies and other online tracking technologies used as part of the Site’s operation and is in addition to, incorporated into, and is an integral part of our Privacy Policy. You should read our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at help@shopaew.com.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES AND HOW DO WE USE THEM?

As you navigate through and interact with the Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to the Site, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site.

  • Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We may also use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (a practice known as “behavioral tracking”).

The information collected through these technologies, standing alone, cannot be used to determine your identity. Such information may, however, be combined in a way that makes it become personally identifiable information (i.e., information that can identify you). For example, we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us. If this happens, we will treat the combined information as personally identifiable information.

These technologies help us improve the Site and deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Site according to your individual interests.

  • Speed up your searches.

  • Recognize you when you return to the Site.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies help us learn which areas of the Site are useful and which areas need improvement. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Site. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to the Site. For information about managing your privacy and security settings for cookies, see HOW DO I MANAGE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?

  • Web Beacons or Pixel Tags. Pages of the Site and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to track the actions of users of the Site, measure the success of our marketing campaigns, compile statistics about usage of the Site and response rates, count users who have visited pages of the Site or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES DO WE USE?

With respect to cookies, we use first-party and third-party cookies to: make our Services function properly; improve our Services; make access to our Services easier; recognize you when you return to our Services; track your interaction with our Services; enhance your experience with our Services; remember information you have already provided; collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services in order to deliver content and advertising tailored to your interests; and to provide a secure browsing experience during your use of our Services. Below we list the different types of cookies and similar technologies that are used on the Site. If you have any questions about how third parties use your personal information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.

Essential Cookies. Essential cookies enable you to navigate the Site and use its services and features. Without these absolutely necessary cookies, the Site will not perform as smoothly for you as we would like it to, and we may not be able to provide the Site or certain services or features.

Functional or Preference Cookies.  Functional or Preference cookies collect information about your choices and preferences and allow us to remember your name and choices.

Social Media Cookies.  Social media cookies collect information about social media usage.

Performance or Analytics Cookies. Performance or analytics cookies collect passive information about your use of the Site and enable us to improve the way it works. For example, analytics cookies show us which are the most frequently visited pages on the Site, help us record any difficulties you have with the Site, and show us whether our advertising is effective or not. This allows us to see the overall patterns of usage on the Site, rather than the usage of a single person. We use the information to analyze Site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information.

Advertising or Targeting Cookies. Advertising or targeting cookies are set to display targeted promotions or advertisements based upon your interests on the Site or to manage our advertising. These cookies collect information about your activities on this Site and other sites to provide you with targeted advertising.

Google Analytics. We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Site and report on activities and trends. For example, we may use Google Analytics as one of our analytics service providers that tracks and reports website traffic. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page. To learn more about how Google collects and uses data click here. To opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features please use Google Ad Settings. To opt out of Google Analytics entirely please use this link

LSOs. We use Local Shared Objects (“LSOs”) and other technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the Site. If you do not want LSOs stored on your computer, you can adjust your settings to block LSO storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel. You can also go to the Global Storage Settings Panel and follow the instructions (which explain, for example, how to delete existing LSOs (referred to as “information”), how to prevent LSOs from being placed on your computer without your consent, and how to block LSOs that are not being delivered by the operator of the page you are on at the time). Please note that setting the LSOs player to restrict or limit acceptance of LSOs may reduce or impede the functionality of some LSOs applications.

Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the Site you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Site functions properly.

Physical Location. We collect the physical location of your device by, for example, using satellite, cell phone tower, or WiFi signals. We use your device’s physical location to provide you with personalized location-based services and content. We also share your device’s physical location, combined with information about what advertisements you viewed and other information we collect, with our marketing partners to enable them to provide you with more personalized content and to study the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. In some instances, you can allow or deny such uses and sharing of your device’s location, but if you do, we and our marketing partners may not be able to provide you with the applicable personalized services and content.

Device Fingerprinting. In order to be able to offer you content that we believe may interest you based on your activity on the Site, and for fraud prevention and authentication purposes, we may also use other technologies that are similar to cookies. For example, we may gather device attributes and combine information collected by most browsers or automatically through your device to create a unique ID that identifies your browser or device to us with reasonable certainty.
