In the majority of cases, our products fall into 2 different categories:
- In Stock: indicated on the product page by a green circle & the words "In stock"
- On Demand: indicated on the product page by a green checkmark & the words "Available to order"
In-stock items ship within 3 business days when ordered before 3pm EST.
On Demand items are crafted to order and may take up to 6-8 business days to process and ship.
If your order contains items of both types, then they will ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive unique tracking numbers via email for each package in your order.

Customs duties are prepaid for the UK & Canada. They will be shown as a separate line item at checkout. For all other countries, additional charges incurred due to taxes or customs are not covered by the shipping cost on your order.
